When you are truly passionate about what you do, you achieve incredible results.

SchoolGrowthSecrets.com was set up with the aim of being a forum for school marketing and admissions personnel to share best practice, discuss issues and experiences relating to the recruitment and retention of students/ pupils. Through my own work and observations in this field over the last 17 years, I hope to offer strategic advice and tips to schools marketing and admissions professionals on growing student numbers through the posts that you’ll find on the site.

Whether you are new to the role (in which case: welcome to this very exciting profession!) and would like some tips on how to get better results in your function as a marketing and admissions personnel or you’re manager who would like to get a second opinion, I hope you will find the perspectives and opinions shared on this site useful.

If you have particularly enjoyed reading any of the articles on this site, please leave me a comment as I would love to hear from other colleagues who are experiencing (and overcoming) the challenges of growing their school.

If your school is in need of independent marketing & admissions advice, please also feel free to drop me a line. I’d love to see how I can help.
